COUREUR DES BOIS HOLIDAY COFFEE
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking time : 5 to 6 minutes
Ingredients
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) 2% milk
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 l (4 cups) espresso coffee
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) Coureur des Bois
- 250ml (1 cup) whipped cream
Preparation
- In a saucepan, heat the milk with the spices. Add the Coureur des Bois and stir.
- Pour 1 espresso into each cup. Then add the hot milk mixture to the Coureur des Bois.
- Top with whipped cream.
