CHEESE CAKE

Portions : 4 - Preparation time : 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) cream cheese
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) natural vanilla extract
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) dark rum
  • 250 ml (1 cup) graham cracker crumbs

Topping

  • Cherry, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry jam, etc.

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, whisk cream cheese and yogurt until smooth.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract and rum.
  3. Spread graham cracker crumbs on the bottom of each glass, then add a touch of jam, cover with cream, add another layer of graham crackers, then jam and cream. Set aside in the fridge.
