CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) cream cheese
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) Greek vanilla yogurt
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) natural vanilla extract
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) dark rum
- 250 ml (1 cup) graham cracker crumbs
Topping
- Cherry, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry jam, etc.
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk cream cheese and yogurt until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and rum.
- Spread graham cracker crumbs on the bottom of each glass, then add a touch of jam, cover with cream, add another layer of graham crackers, then jam and cream. Set aside in the fridge.
