Red fruit clafouti

RED FRUIT CLAFOUTI

Portions : 4 - Preparation : 15 minutes - Cooking : 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 250 ml (1 cup) milk
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) 35% cream
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) Grand Marnier
  • 170 ml (2/3 cup) flour
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) Splenda granulated sugar
  • 500 ml (2 cups) red berries

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven, rack in center, to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, Grand Marnier, Splenda sugar and flour.
  3. Once the mixture is smooth, add the red berries.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
