RED FRUIT CLAFOUTI

Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) 35% cream
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) Grand Marnier
- 170 ml (2/3 cup) flour
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Splenda granulated sugar
- 500 ml (2 cups) red berries
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, Grand Marnier, Splenda sugar and flour.
- Once the mixture is smooth, add the red berries.
- Pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
