Summer shrimps

SUMMER SHRIMPS

Portions : 4 - Preparation : 5 minutes - Cooking : 3 minutes

Ingredients

  • 12 Shrimp 16/20, peeled
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) olive oil
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) passion fruit coulis
  • 1 vanilla pod, seeds removed
  • 2 pinches Espelette or Korean chili pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat BBQ to maximum.
  2. Coat shrimp with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place on the BBQ grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until nicely browned.
  4. In a bowl, combine the passion fruit coulis, vanilla and chili pepper.
  5. Check seasoning.
  6. Just before serving, pour a little passion fruit coulis over the shrimp.
  7. Enjoy ☺
