SUMMER SHRIMPS
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 5 minutes - Cooking : 3 minutes
Ingredients
- 12 Shrimp 16/20, peeled
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) olive oil
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) passion fruit coulis
- 1 vanilla pod, seeds removed
- 2 pinches Espelette or Korean chili pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat BBQ to maximum.
- Coat shrimp with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place on the BBQ grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until nicely browned.
- In a bowl, combine the passion fruit coulis, vanilla and chili pepper.
- Check seasoning.
- Just before serving, pour a little passion fruit coulis over the shrimp.
