Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) pizza sauce
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) mozzarella cheese, grated
- 12 slices pepperoni or chorizo
- 1 egg yolk, beaten with a little water
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry on the work surface.
- Cut the pastry into triangles about 5” square.
- Divide the tomato sauce, cheese and cold cuts among the triangles.
- Roll up each triangle to form a crescent. Brush with egg yolk and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
