INGREDIENTS
- 200 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 350°F or 180°C.
- Whisk together sugar, flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
- Melt the chopped butter in a small saucepan with the milk until it boils. Remove from the heat and add the cream.
- Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir. Once the mixture is homogeneous, pour it onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and, using a metal spatula, gently spread.
- Bake for 15-20 min.
- Allow to cool before handling, as you may break it.
