Icing for rolled log

Servings: 1 1/2 cups

Preparation time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 block of 250 g of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sifted icing sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • the zest of 1 lemon

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, put all the ingredients and then, using a hand mixer, mix them until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous icing.
  2. Keep it cold until ready to use.
  3. It can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
  4. Before using it, put the icing in a pastry bag fitted with a nozzle.
