INGREDIENTS
- 1 block of 250 g of cream cheese
- 1 cup of sifted icing sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- the zest of 1 lemon
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, put all the ingredients and then, using a hand mixer, mix them until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous icing.
- Keep it cold until ready to use.
- It can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Before using it, put the icing in a pastry bag fitted with a nozzle.
