The dip

Output: approx. 500 ml (2 cups)

Ingredients

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) yellow mustard
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) hot mustard
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) honey
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp.) Montreal steak spice blend
  • 250 ml (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine mustards, honey, spices and yogurt. Check seasoning.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
