Vegan chocolate mousse

VEGAN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Portions : 4 - Preparation : 5 minutes - Cooking : 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 avocados, ripe, sliced
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Barry cocoa powder
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) maple syrup
  • 6 ml (1 tsp.) vanilla extract
  • 1 ml (1/4 tsp.) powdered cinnamon
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) bitter almond extract
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a food processor or hand blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Refrigerate before serving.
