Ingredients
- 250 g (1 3/4 cups) all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) water (if needed)
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
- Add the eggs and olive oil.
- Mix with a fork or by hand until you get a smooth dough.
- If the dough is too dry, add a little water.
- Knead by hand for a few minutes until you get a smooth and supple dough.
- Let rest for 30 minutes before rolling out with a rolling pin or pasta machine.
