TRANSPARENT P TE

  • 250 ml (1 cup) flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 250 ml (1 cup) boiling water
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) canola oil
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) corn or potato starch

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, using a wooden spoon or spatula, mix flour, salt and boiling water.
  2. Then stir in the oil.
  3. On a work surface sprinkled with cornflour, knead the dough for a few minutes until you obtain a satiny texture.
  4. Form the dough into a thin sausage and shape into small balls.
  5. On the work surface, using a rolling pin, flatten the dough balls and top with the shrimp filling.
  6. Steam for a few minutes.
