- 250 ml (1 cup) flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 ml (1 cup) boiling water
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) canola oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) corn or potato starch
Preparation
- In a bowl, using a wooden spoon or spatula, mix flour, salt and boiling water.
- Then stir in the oil.
- On a work surface sprinkled with cornflour, knead the dough for a few minutes until you obtain a satiny texture.
- Form the dough into a thin sausage and shape into small balls.
- On the work surface, using a rolling pin, flatten the dough balls and top with the shrimp filling.
- Steam for a few minutes.
