TUNA AND AVOCADO POKE
Portions : 4 - Preparation time : 10 minutes - Standing time : 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 400 g (13 1/2 oz) Albacore tuna, small cubes
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) Soya sauce
- 3 ml (1/2 tsp.) Sambal Oelek
- ½ clove garlic, minced
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) ginger, grated
- ½ lime, juice
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) sesame oil
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1 mango, cubed
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) fresh coriander, chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Qs: Bread croutons
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine tuna, soy sauce, Sambal Oelek, garlic, ginger, lime juice and sesame oil. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Add the avocado, mango, coriander and sesame seeds, and check the seasoning for salt and pepper.
- Enjoy with bread croutons.
