Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast
- 50 g Slivered almonds
- 50 g walnuts
- 50 g Oats
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 500 ml Flour
- 125 ml Mushroom powder
- 3 unit(s) Eggs
- 100 ml Milk
- qs Salt
- qs Pepper
- 30 ml Olive oil
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375˚F
- Place the flour on one plate, the beaten egg and milk on another, and mix the breadcrumbs with the previously chopped walnuts, salt and pepper on a third. Coat the chicken in flour (remove excess), then in the egg + milk mixture, and finally in the walnut mixture.
- Heat the oil over high heat and brown the chicken on both sides.
- Place the chicken breasts on a baking tray and bake for about 15 min.
