Ingredients
- 625 ml (2 ½ cups) flour
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) baking powder (baking powder)
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) butter
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) milk
- 1 orange, zest
- 2.5ml (1/2 tsp.) cardamom, ground
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Grand Marnier
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) candied oranges, small cubes (or candied lemon)

Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 190°C (375°F).
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
- Stir in the butter; the dough should become sandy.
- In a bowl, combine milk, zest, cardamom and Grand Marnier.
- Stir in the liquid mixture; the dough will become soft.
- Add the candied orange.
- On a floured work surface, roll out the dough with floured hands.
- Using a triangle-shaped cookie cutter, cut out the dough.
- Place the dough pieces on an ovenproof tray lined with a silicone mat, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
