SMOOTHIES GOOD START!

Servings : 4 to 6 - Preparation time : 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 mango, cubed
  • 500 ml (2 cups) pineapple, diced
  • 250 ml (1 cup) milk
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) coconut milk
  • 250 ml (1 cup) vanilla yogurt or silken tofu
  • 5 large kale leaves
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) maple syrup or honey

Preparation

  1. Using a blender, blend all ingredients except maple syrup.
  2. Taste and add maple syrup as needed.
  3. Depending on the desired texture, add a little water to the resulting mixture.
