SMOOTHIES GOOD START!
Servings : 4 to 6 - Preparation time : 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 mango, cubed
- 500 ml (2 cups) pineapple, diced
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) coconut milk
- 250 ml (1 cup) vanilla yogurt or silken tofu
- 5 large kale leaves
- Ice cubes as needed
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) maple syrup or honey
Preparation
- Using a blender, blend all ingredients except maple syrup.
- Taste and add maple syrup as needed.
- Depending on the desired texture, add a little water to the resulting mixture.
