Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) pumpkin urea
- 2 eggs
- 3 ml (1/2 tsp) ginger powder
- 3 ml (1/2 tsp) cinnamon powder
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) cornstarch
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 ml (1 cup) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pie crust
Preparation
- Preheat the oven, rack in the middle to 180 °C (350 °F).
- In a bowl, using a whisk, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, ginger, cinnamon, cornstarch, salt and sweetened condensed milk.
- In a pie pan, place the pie crust, spread the prepared mixture and bake for 35 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy, accompanied by a scoop of ice cream.
