Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 500 ml (2 cups) pumpkin urea
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ml (1/2 tsp) ginger powder
  • 3 ml (1/2 tsp) cinnamon powder
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) cornstarch
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 ml (1 cup) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pie crust

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven, rack in the middle to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. In a bowl, using a whisk, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, ginger, cinnamon, cornstarch, salt and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. In a pie pan, place the pie crust, spread the prepared mixture and bake for 35 minutes.
  4. Let cool and enjoy, accompanied by a scoop of ice cream.
