Cherry tomato tartlet

CHERRY TOMATO TARTLET

Portions : 4 - Preparation : 5 minutes - Cooking time : 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 12 small shortcrust pastry tarts
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) chopped green olives
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) balsamic vinegar

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven, rack in center, to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place a tomato in each tart shell.
  3. In a bowl, combine olives, oil, garlic, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Check seasoning.
  4. Pour the mixture over the cherry tomatoes and bake for 20-25 minutes.
