CHERRY TOMATO TARTLET
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 5 minutes - Cooking time : 25 minutes
Ingredients
- 12 small shortcrust pastry tarts
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) chopped green olives
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) balsamic vinegar
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 200°C (400°F).
- Place a tomato in each tart shell.
- In a bowl, combine olives, oil, garlic, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Check seasoning.
- Pour the mixture over the cherry tomatoes and bake for 20-25 minutes.
