POKÉ YELLOWFIN TUNA, SESAME SEEDS, QUINOA, SUNFLOWER SEEDS, AVOCADO AND DAIKON

Ingredients
- 400 g (13 1/2 oz) yellowfin tuna, cubed
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) sesame oil
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) Sriracha hot sauce
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) soy sauce
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) rice vinegar
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) canola oil
- 4 servings quinoa, cooked
- 250 ml (1 cup) daikon, grated
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) sesame seeds
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) sunflower seeds
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) coriander leaves
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine tuna cubes, sesame oil, half the hot sauce and soy sauce.
- In another bowl, combine rice vinegar, canola oil, remaining hot sauce, salt and pepper. Check seasoning.
- In each serving bowl, divide the quinoa, daikon, avocado slices, sesame and sunflower seeds, then the prepared sauce and a few coriander leaves on top.
