CARAMELIZED PEANUTS
Output: 500 ml (2 cups) - Preparation time: 2 minutes - Cooking time: about 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) peanuts
- 250 ml (1 cup) sugar
Preparation
- In a skillet over medium heat, roast the peanuts with the sugar, stirring regularly, until golden brown.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat, spread out the caramelized peanuts and leave to cool.
- Then crush them and set aside.
