Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 4 sesame burger buns
- 400 g shredded pork
- 60 ml barbecue sauce
- 60 ml of mayonnaise
- 1 iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 8 slices of medium cheddar cheese
- 8 crispy bacon slices
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 45 ml of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Flower of salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into fries. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 30 minutes.
- Cut the burger buns in half and heat them for a few minutes in the oven.
- In a saucepan over low heat, warm the shredded pork mixed with the barbecue sauce.
- On the bottom half of the buns, arrange the shredded pork, then add the bacon and cheddar slices. Bake for a few moments to melt the cheese.
- On the other half of the buns, spread a spoonful of mayonnaise and add the shredded lettuce.
- Remove the burgers from the oven and cover them with the top half of the buns. Remove the fries as well and add a pinch of fleur de sel.
- Serve and enjoy!
