OYSTERS AND SPANISH SALSA

Ingredients
- 2 cherry peppers, chopped
- ½ clove garlic, chopped
- 90 ml (6 tablespoons) olive oil
- 90 ml (6 tablespoons) wine vinegar
- 3 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 24 oysters
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine chiles, garlic, oil, vinegar, anchovies, green onions and pepper. Check seasoning for salt and pepper.
- Open the oysters and remove from their shells.
- Add 1 small amount of salsa to each oyster.
