AVOCADO MOUSSE

Ingredients
Avocado mousse
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 avocado
- ¼ bunch cilantro, leaves removed
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 lemon, juice
- Tabasco to taste
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) red wine vinegar
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Using a hand blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Cover with cling film and chill until ready to serve.
