OREO POP

Ingredients
- 12 Golden or Classic Oreos
- 250 gr (9 oz) Cacao Barry dark, milk or white chocolate
- Qs chocolate vermicelli - Crispearls - various candy decorations
- 12 sticks
Preparation
- Open the Oreos in half.
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave or bain-marie.
- Dip one end of each stick in the melted chocolate and close up two cookies on top.
- Place the sticks in a block of mousse and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Then dip all or part of the cookie stuck to the stick into the hot chocolate, depending on how you wish to decorate it.
- Decorate with vermicelli, Crispearls, pearls and other decorative candies.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
