Oreo pop

OREO POP

Output: 12 - Preparation time: 60 minutes

Ingredients

  • 12 Golden or Classic Oreos
  • 250 gr (9 oz) Cacao Barry dark, milk or white chocolate
  • Qs chocolate vermicelli - Crispearls - various candy decorations
  • 12 sticks

Preparation

  1. Open the Oreos in half.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave or bain-marie.
  3. Dip one end of each stick in the melted chocolate and close up two cookies on top.
  4. Place the sticks in a block of mousse and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  5. Then dip all or part of the cookie stuck to the stick into the hot chocolate, depending on how you wish to decorate it.
  6. Decorate with vermicelli, Crispearls, pearls and other decorative candies.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
