Chickpea salad with tuna

CHICKPEA SALAD WITH TUNA

Portions : 4 - Preparation time : 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) white balsamic vinegar
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) olive oil
  • 500 ml (2 cups) cooked chickpeas
  • 500 ml (2 cups) Grelot potatoes, skin on, cooked and cut in 2
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp.) parsley, chopped
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the tuna, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Then add the chickpeas, potatoes, red onion and garlic. Check the seasoning.
  3. Add the parsley to the top of the salad and serve.
