CHICKPEA SALAD WITH TUNA
Portions : 4 - Preparation time : 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) white balsamic vinegar
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) olive oil
- 500 ml (2 cups) cooked chickpeas
- 500 ml (2 cups) Grelot potatoes, skin on, cooked and cut in 2
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) parsley, chopped
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the tuna, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
- Then add the chickpeas, potatoes, red onion and garlic. Check the seasoning.
- Add the parsley to the top of the salad and serve.
