Dark chocolate ganache for rolled logs

Servings : 1 and ½ cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g 70% dark chocolate
  • 200 ml cream

Preparation

  1. Heat the cream in a saucepan until it boils.
  2. In a bowl, pour the cream over the chocolate and whisk until smooth. Cover with saran-wrap and leave to cool to room temperature.
