Ingredients
- 4 to 8 mini chocolatines (pains au chocolat)
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) peanut butter
- 1 banana, sliced into rounds
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) crushed hazelnuts, almonds or other nuts
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) caramel
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice the mini chocolate croissants in half lengthwise. Spread the base with peanut butter,
- Add the banana slices and sprinkle with crushed nuts. Close the mini sandwiches and place them on a baking sheet.
- Warm in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle with caramel and enjoy.
