Mini chocolate-banana sandwiches

Mini sandwichs chocolatines-banane

Ingredients

  • 4 to 8 mini chocolatines (pains au chocolat)
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) peanut butter
  • 1 banana, sliced into rounds
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) crushed hazelnuts, almonds or other nuts
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) caramel

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice the mini chocolate croissants in half lengthwise. Spread the base with peanut butter,
  3. Add the banana slices and sprinkle with crushed nuts. Close the mini sandwiches and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Warm in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle with caramel and enjoy.
