
When I'm given a challenge, I usually accept it... This time, my challenge for Provigo 's Table des Tendances was to make a decadent milkshake with the contents of a surprise basket.... so here it is... French toast and peach flavoured milkshake, strawberry whipped cream and decadent decoration.

DECADENT FRENCH TOAST-FLAVORED MILKSHAKE
Portion : 4 - Preparation : 20 minutes - Cooking : 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- ½ PC dark chocolate bar
- 250 ml (1 cup) pretzels
- 750 ml (3 cups) cow's milk or almond milk
- 500 ml (2 cups) Cinnamon Crunch cereal
- 250 ml (1 cup) 35% cream
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) PC Collection Black strawberry spread
- 500 ml (2 cups) PC frozen sliced peaches
- 500 ml (2 cups) PC Collection noire Madagascar Bourbon vanilla ice cream
- 4 mini chocolate cupcakes
PREPARATION
- Melt half the chocolate in a bowl in a bain-marie.
- Remove from heat, add remaining chocolate and stir with a spatula until melted.
- Dip the rim of each serving glass in the chocolate and quickly glue on pretzels.
- In a saucepan, bring the milk to the boil, add the cereals and leave to infuse for a few minutes.

- Then strain and collect the milk, leaving it to cool.
- Meanwhile, whisk the 35% cream in a bowl until stiff.
- Then blend in the spread.
- In the bowl of a blender, crush the peach into the infused milk and ice cream.
- Divide the mixture between the glasses.
- On top of each glass, spread the whipped cream, add a metal straw (yes, there is such a thing)
