SALMON EN CROÛTE
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 5 minutes - Cooking : 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 lemon, zest
- 1 lime, zest
- 250 ml (1 cup) mayonnaise
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) panko breadcrumbs
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) walnuts, chopped
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) sriracha sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 salmon steaks
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) fresh coriander, chopped
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 200° C (400° F).
- In a bowl, combine the zest, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, walnuts, srirashra sauce and garlic.
- On an ovenproof tray lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat, arrange the salmon steaks and cover the top with the prepared mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 6 minutes, then broil until the crust is nicely colored.
- Before serving, sprinkle the cilantro over the pavés.
