Ingredients
- 1 leek, chopped
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 pinches of cayenne pepper
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) honey
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) white balsamic vinegar
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 4 salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven, rack in the center to 200°C (400°F).
- In a hot pan, brown the leek in olive oil for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic, chili pepper, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
- On the work surface, roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 equal squares.
- On each square of dough, place 1 salmon fillet, salt and pepper, spread the leeks on top. Fold the dough over to form a turnover.
- On a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat, arrange the pastries and bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve with sautéed vegetables.
