Ingredients
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) honey
- 1 ml (1/4 tsp) liquid smoke
- 400 gr (13 1/2 oz) salmon, cut into large cubes
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) fat of your choice (butter, oil or Mycryo cocoa butter)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 125 ml (½ cup) 35% cream
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crispy
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) parsley leaves, chopped
- 1 lemon, juice
- 4 servings cooked spaghetti
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the honey, liquid smoke and 30 ml (2 tbsp) water, salt and pepper.
- Add the salmon cubes and mix to coat.
- In a hot pan, brown the salmon in the fat of your choice, 1 minute on each side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onion and brown for 2 minutes.
- Add the garlic, cream, bacon, parsley, lemon juice and spaghetti. Check the seasoning.
- Add the salmon cubes.
