Ingredients
- 400 gr (13 1/2 oz) slices of beef to melt
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) fat of your choice (butter, oil or Mycryo cocoa butter)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, julienned
- 250 ml (1 cup) snow peas
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) garlic, chopped
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh ginger, chopped
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) sesame oil
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) soy sauce
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) curry powder
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) hot sauce of your choice
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) coriander leaves, chopped
- 250 ml (1 cup) bean sprouts
- 4 servings of quinoa, cooked
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a hot pan, brown the meat coated in Mycryo butter or in the fat of your choice.
- Add the onion, pepper, snow peas and let it all brown for 2 minutes.
- Add the garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, curry, hot sauce, coriander, bean sprouts and mix.
- Serve with quinoa.
