Asian Stir-Fried Beef

Ingredients

  • 400 gr (13 1/2 oz) slices of beef to melt
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) fat of your choice (butter, oil or Mycryo cocoa butter)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, julienned
  • 250 ml (1 cup) snow peas
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) garlic, chopped
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh ginger, chopped
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) sesame oil
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) soy sauce
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) curry powder
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) hot sauce of your choice
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) coriander leaves, chopped
  • 250 ml (1 cup) bean sprouts
  • 4 servings of quinoa, cooked
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a hot pan, brown the meat coated in Mycryo butter or in the fat of your choice.
  2. Add the onion, pepper, snow peas and let it all brown for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, curry, hot sauce, coriander, bean sprouts and mix.
  4. Serve with quinoa.
