BEEF SKEWER WITH HORSERADISH AND BLONDE LEFFE
Portions : 4 -Preparation time : 15 minutes - Marinade time : 1 hour - Cooking time : 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Leffe blonde beer
- 400 g (13 1/2 oz) beef tenderloin, cubed
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) olive oil
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) horseradish, puréed
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) sugar
- 1 lemon, juice
- 2 onions, quartered
- 2 red peppers, cubed
- ¼ bunch flat-leaf parsley, trimmed and chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
- In a bowl containing the beef cubes, add the leffe, olive oil, horseradish, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
- Preheat BBQ to maximum.
- Thread meat cubes onto skewers, alternating with onion and bell pepper pieces.
- Place skewers on the BBQ grill and brown for 2 minutes on each side. Continue cooking for medium or medium-rare.
