Beef kebab with horseradish and blond leffe

BEEF SKEWER WITH HORSERADISH AND BLONDE LEFFE

Portions : 4 -Preparation time : 15 minutes - Marinade time : 1 hour - Cooking time : 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Leffe blonde beer
  • 400 g (13 1/2 oz) beef tenderloin, cubed
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) olive oil
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) horseradish, puréed
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) sugar
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 2 onions, quartered
  • 2 red peppers, cubed
  • ¼ bunch flat-leaf parsley, trimmed and chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a bowl containing the beef cubes, add the leffe, olive oil, horseradish, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat BBQ to maximum.
  3. Thread meat cubes onto skewers, alternating with onion and bell pepper pieces.
  4. Place skewers on the BBQ grill and brown for 2 minutes on each side. Continue cooking for medium or medium-rare.
