Double chocolate brownie

Brownie double chocolat

Baking time : 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 340 gr dark chocolate pistoles Cacao Barry
  • 300 gr unsalted butter
  • 320 gr brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 ml (1/2 tsp.) salt
  • 250 mL (1 cup) flour (140gr)
  • 250 mL (1 cup) white chocolate chips

    PREPARATION

    1. Preheat oven, rack in center, to 180° C (350° F)
    2. In a bowl, in a double boiler or in the microwave oven, melt the chocolate and butter.
    3. Stir in brown sugar, eggs one at a time, salt and flour.
    4. Add the white chocolate pistoles.
    5. Butter and lightly flour a cake pan.
    6. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
    7. Once baked, let cool for a few minutes.
    8. Cut into squares and serve warm or cold.
