INGREDIENTS
- 340 gr dark chocolate pistoles Cacao Barry
- 300 gr unsalted butter
- 320 gr brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 ml (1/2 tsp.) salt
- 250 mL (1 cup) flour (140gr)
- 250 mL (1 cup) white chocolate chips
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 180° C (350° F)
- In a bowl, in a double boiler or in the microwave oven, melt the chocolate and butter.
- Stir in brown sugar, eggs one at a time, salt and flour.
- Add the white chocolate pistoles.
- Butter and lightly flour a cake pan.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
- Once baked, let cool for a few minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve warm or cold.
