Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) brown sugar
- 170 ml (2/3 cup) unsalted butter, melted
- 250 ml (1 cup) Cacao Barry dark chocolate pistoles, melted
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) cornstarch
- 1 pinch salt
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) shredded coconut
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) Cacao Barry white chocolate pistoles, crushed
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 200°C (400°F).
- Beat the eggs in a bowl with a whisk, then add the sugar and whisk for at least 2 minutes.
- Add the butter and dark chocolate.
- Add the cornflour and pinch of salt and mix until smooth.
- Add the coconut and white chocolate and mix.
- Pour the mixture into a mould lined with butter and flour and bake for 20 minutes.
- Leave to cool and unmould.
