Hulk Burger
Ingredients
- 120 ml (8 tbsp.) mayonnaise
- 120 ml (8 tbsp.) relish
- 800 g (27 oz.) medium-lean ground beef
- 8 slices strong Cheddar cheese
- 8 burger buns
- 250 ml (1 cup) feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 onions, grilled
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 limes, quartered
- 8 Jalapenos, toasted (white membranes and seeds removed)
- 8 lettuce leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Mix mayonnaise and relish in a bowl. Set aside.
- Preheat BBQ to maximum.
- Shape into 8 beef patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- On the BBQ grill, sear the patties on both sides, then continue cooking indirectly for a few minutes.
- At the end of cooking, place the slices of cheddar cheese on top of the patties.
- Heat the buns.
- Spread the mayonnaise on both sides of each bun, then spread the feta, onions, a meat patty, a few slices of avocado and, on top, the juice of a lime wedge, salt, pepper, a few pieces of Jalapenos, a leaf of lettuce and close each bun.
