Ham and cheese cake

HAM AND CHEESE CAKE

Portions : 4 - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking time : 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 90 ml (6 tablespoons) milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 90 ml (6 tablespoons) melted butter
  • 150 ml (10 tbsp.) flour
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) baking powder
  • ¼ bunch chives, chopped
  • 250 ml (1 cup) cooked ham, finely diced
  • 250 ml (1 cup) Oka cheese, finely diced
  • Butter for the mold

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven, rack in center, to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, pinch of salt and pepper, then stir in melted butter, flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Add the chives, ham and cheese cubes and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a buttered cake tin.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes,
