HAM AND CHEESE CAKE
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking time : 40 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 90 ml (6 tablespoons) milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 90 ml (6 tablespoons) melted butter
- 150 ml (10 tbsp.) flour
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) baking powder
- ¼ bunch chives, chopped
- 250 ml (1 cup) cooked ham, finely diced
- 250 ml (1 cup) Oka cheese, finely diced
- Butter for the mold
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, pinch of salt and pepper, then stir in melted butter, flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth and homogeneous.
- Add the chives, ham and cheese cubes and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered cake tin.
