Ingredients
- 12 multicolored baby carrots, halved lengthwise
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 5 ml (1 tsp) Herbes de Provence
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) with rack in the center.
- Toss carrots with olive oil, sugar, Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange carrots on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
