Ingredients
- 750 ml (3 cups) 2% milk
- 250 ml (1 cup) 15% cream
- 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) Barry Alto El Sol pure plantation 65% Cacao dark chocolate
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) cornstarch (for a thicker, creamier hot chocolate)
- ¼ orange, zest
- Sugar to taste
- A few marshmallows
Preparation
- In a saucepan, combine the milk, cream and cornstarch and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the orange zest and sugar.
- Remove the simmering liquid from the heat, add the chocolate and whisk lightly.
- Pour into cups. Add marshmallows and enjoy.
