INGREDIENTS
- 1 l (4 cups) water
- 375 ml (1 ½ cups) sugar
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) honey
- 375 ml (1 ½ cups) fresh lemon juice
- 500 ml (2 cups) tonic
- 1 l (4 cups) sparkling water
- A few maraschino cherries
PREPARATION
- Bring the water, sugar and honey to the boil in a saucepan.
- Chill in the fridge.
- Add lemon juice, tonic and sparkling water.
- Add ice cubes, a few cherries and the lemonade to each glass.
