Ingredients
- 1 oz strawberry purée
- 1 oz pink grapefruit juice
- 1 oz Aperol
- QS ice cubes
- 1 orange slice
- Red colored sugar
- 2 oz Prosecco
- 2 oranges, thick zest
- 1 slice strawberry for garnish
Preparation
- Shake strawberry purée, grapefruit juice, Aperol and ice cubes in a shaker. Moisten rim of glass with orange slice.
- Roll rim of glass in colored sugar.
- Pour the mixture into the glass. Add Prosecco and orange zest.
- Mix and garnish.
