Ingredients
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) butter
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) sugar
- 250 ml (1 cup) brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 ml (1/2 tsp.) natural vanilla extract
- 250 ml (1 cup) flour
- 8 ml (1/2 tbsp) baking powder
- 2 pinches salt
- 250 ml (1 cup) rolled oats
- 125 ml (½ cup) Barry Ocoa Cacao chocolate, chopped
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 190°C (375°F).
- In a bowl, whisk together butter, sugar and brown sugar.
- Add the egg, salt and baking powder, then the flour and oats.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Form balls of uniform size.
- On an ovenproof tray lined with a silicone mat, place the dough pieces, flattening them slightly with the palm of your hand, and bake for 12 minutes.
- Cool on a cooling rack.
