Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) softened butter
- 1 large egg
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) sugar
- 105 ml (7 tbsp) flour
- 500 ml (2 cups) rolled oats
- 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) Ocoa 70% Cacao Barry chocolate chips, roughly chopped
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven, rack in the middle, to 200 °C (400 °F).
- In a bowl, using a whisk, mix the bananas, butter and egg.
- Add the sugar and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in flour and oats.
- Stir in vanilla, chocolate chunks and salt.
- Form into balls.
- On a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat, place the dough balls and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Cool on a cookie rack.
