INGREDIENTS
- 6 Pork chops - hotel cut
- 2/3 cup Chopped onion
- 1/3 cup Quebec maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Brown pork chops for a few seconds on each side.
- Mix all ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes, until chops are slightly pink inside.
