INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Pork chops - hotel cut
  • 2/3 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup Quebec maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup Ketchup
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Brown pork chops for a few seconds on each side.
  2. Mix all ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes, until chops are slightly pink inside.
