BBQ HONEY AND TARRAGON MUSTARD RIBS
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 15 minutes - Cooking time : 3 hours and 5 to 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 racks Quebec pork ribs
- 2 bottles Richards Red (red beer)
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) honey
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) tarragon mustard
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) brown sugar
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 2 lemons, peeled raw, cut into pieces
Preparation
- Preheat oven, center rack or BBQ to 160°C (325°F).
- Remove inner membrane from ribs.
- In a roasting pan, place and mix all ingredients, then add ribs.
- Cover roasting pan with aluminum foil and bake or BBQ indirectly for 3 hours.
- Remove ribs. If necessary, reduce sauce to a syrupy consistency. Brush ribs with sauce and broil or BBQ for 5 minutes.
