Ingredients
- 2 spaghetti squash, halved, seeds removed
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) butter
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) olive oil
- 12 basil leaves, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 4 cups (1 L) homemade Bolognese sauce
- 1 cup (250 ml) grated Parmesan
- 1 ball fresh mozzarella, chopped (or Burrata)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) with the rack in the middle.
- Place squash, flesh side up, on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat and bake for 45 minutes.
- Using a fork, fluff the squash flesh to form spaghetti.
- In the bowl of squash spaghetti, add the butter, salt, pepper and mix. Check the seasoning.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, basil, garlic, salt, pepper.
- In each plate, distribute the squash spaghetti, Bolognese sauce, Parmesan, mozzarella pieces and finally the prepared flavored oil.
