Ingredients
2 zucchinis, roughly cubed
60 ml (4 tablespoons) olive oil or butter
1 clove garlic, minced
3 ml (1/2 tsp.) sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a hot skillet, sauté zucchini cubes in the fat of your choice for 1 minute on each side.
- Add garlic and sugar and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, seasoning to taste.
