Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) olive oil
- 18 shrimp 31/40
- 5 ml (1 tsp) dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 125 ml (½ cup) white wine
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) paprika
- 125 ml (½ cup)35% cream
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) fresh parsley leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a hot pan, brown the onion and pepper in a little oil. Add salt and pepper, remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, brown the shrimp, oregano and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the prepared mixture and deglaze with white wine.
- Add the cream, paprika, parsley, salt and pepper. Check the seasoning.
- Serve with slices of lightly toasted bread.
