Ingredients
- 24 shrimp 31/40, peeled
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) fresh ginger, grated
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) lime juice
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) vegetable stock
- 1 head broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 2 green onion stalks, thinly sliced
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) Sambal Oelek or other chili pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a hot skillet, sauté shrimp and ginger in sesame oil for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, broth, Sambal Oelek and broccoli and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Check seasoning.
- Add the green onions and serve over white rice or other rice.
