Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) strong mustards
- 12 slices cooked ham with rosemary
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) feta cheese
- 1 pinch herbes de Provence blend
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- On parchment paper or a silicone mat, lay out the puff pastry, spread the mustard over the entire surface of the pastry, then divide between the ham, crumbled feta, herbes de Provence and pinch of cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
- Cut the dough in half and roll up tightly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 200°C (400°F).
- Using a chef's knife, cut rolls into even rounds.
- On an ovenproof baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat, space the slices far enough apart to prevent them from touching during baking.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
