Ingredients
- 4 sheets Spring Roll dough
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) pistoles 70% Ocoa chocolate
- 2 bananas
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) canola oil
Preparation
- Cut the pastry sheets into 3 strips.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas, then add the chocolate pistoles.
- At one end of each pastry strip, place some of the prepared mixture.
- Fold the pastry over the bananas to form a triangle. Repeat the folding process over the entire strip of dough, to obtain a closed triangle.
- In a hot frying pan, brown the banana triangles in oil until golden. Place the crisps on a paper towel.
- Serve warm, with ice cream.
