Banana and chocolate crisp

Croustillant banane, chocolat

Serves : 4

Preparation time : 20 minutes

Cooking Time : 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 sheets Spring Roll dough
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) pistoles 70% Ocoa chocolate
  • 2 bananas
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) canola oil

Preparation

  1. Cut the pastry sheets into 3 strips.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas, then add the chocolate pistoles.
  3. At one end of each pastry strip, place some of the prepared mixture.
  4. Fold the pastry over the bananas to form a triangle. Repeat the folding process over the entire strip of dough, to obtain a closed triangle.
  5. In a hot frying pan, brown the banana triangles in oil until golden. Place the crisps on a paper towel.
  6. Serve warm, with ice cream.
